Wednesday Morning Workout

Renegade Rows - 3 sets of 20 reps
Farmers walk with a difference - one KB overhead and a heavier one in bottom hand. Walked up and down the studio a couple of times (backwards and forwards)
Inchworms with pushup up and down studio with double KB rotations 3 sets
3 sets of bear crawls up and down the studio.

That was all - nice easy workout (ha ha ha ha)
