After warm-up and joint mobility we did a club 120 only. Then:
A short routinde for legs (and cardio):
20 swings
6 x Bears each side
10 x slingshot squats each way
20 x single kettlebell dead lifts
We did 6 rounds....
Finished off with a 4 minute endurance swing.
