We did a circle of FRIENDS on friday morning 2 Dec.
The stations consisted of:
1. Pogo Jumps
2. Heavy 2 arm swings
3. Forward alternating lunges
4. Suitcase dead lifts - 2 KBs
5. Ice scating back lunges
6. Clean and press Right
7. Side bridge Left
8. Clean and press Left
9. Side Bridge Right
10. Floor press Left
11. Diamond push ups
12. Floor press Right
13. Wide stance push ups
14. Alternating snatches 1 count with 2 KB (or 2 count) OR alternating Clean with 2KB (1 or 2 count) or just plain alternating snatches with a single KB.
We did 75 seconds on each exercise and 15 seconds between stations.
DON'T miss Monday's workout :)
Once I am out of the hospital I will try again.... but this time with 16 - 20Kg bells and not the 104's........... Oh sorry we are talking about the exercise this morning...... was cool and 9 apples went on the apple-ometer
