We did a good CORE workout on Tuesday morning. Blasted the core from different angles. Onto CORE:
1. Overhead windmills - 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 each side with a set of Bridge walks inbetween each set.
2. Half get-ups - 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 each side with a 30 second side bridge (each side) between each set
3. Kettlebell crunches (single KB pull over ending in a crunch and hold) - 8, 10, 12, 14, 16.
Some stretches and that was an hour GONE.
ONE more kettlebell session at the GYM then onto kettlebells at the Kruisgemeente. Bring friends for support or encourage them to join this AMAZING workout program.
