1. Snatches 5L + 5R
2. One arm rows 5L + 5R
3. Dead&clean 5L + 5R
4. Static Overhead Hold - 1min per side for 6 min
5. Farmers Hold 1min on 30sec off very heavy one side and very light the other side, changing weights on the rest period.
6. Good morning's
Several sets of each was had and we did not loose a lot of water, but we burned the cal's!!!
We finished with the normal stretches and the girls ended with milk-tart :o))

Seems like a great workout - heavy weights and all. Remember that we will be training at the church from Thursday morning - nring friends along for support :)
